- Early registration deadline is 18 May 2026.
- In order to benefit from advantageous registration fees, you can first complete your registration process and upload your declaration to the system later.
- Registration fees include VAT.
- Student enrolment for a valid student certificate must be submitted.
- Congress registration fee; Participation in the scientific programme, congress materials, certificate of attendance, online proceedings book, lunches and coffee breaks are included.
- In order for the papers accepted by the scientific committee for oral or poster presentation to be included in the programme, the registration fee must be paid.
- Scientific programme of the congress listener as a listener (without presenting a paper). In order to participate as a listener, it is necessary to register from the registration system.
- Participants who are other authors will be issued a certificate if they pay the registration fee. You can complete your other author registration via the registration system.

Registration Cancellation and Change Conditions
- Cancellation requests must be notified to ATLAX in writing.
- For cancellation applications to be made until 04 May 2026, of the payment can be refunded.
- After 04 May 2026, cancellation and refund requests are not processed.
- All refunds are made after the congress.

- You can submit your invoice requests through the system during the congress registration.
- Participation certificates will be shared online via the system.

The 4th International and 8th National Congress on Basic Nursing Care, It meets the criteria set out in Articles 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the application requirements for the TÜBİTAK 2224-B Programme for Supporting Participation in Domestic Scientific Events.
