SUBMISSION RULES
  • Paper abstracts Turkish or English can be prepared and presented orally or as a poster.
  • At the conference, only abstract text paper Applications are being accepted.
  • Oral abstracts only electronically will be accepted.
  • Papers only Online Submission Module will be sent via.
  • Applications made in writing, e-mail, fax, etc. will not be accepted.
  • In order to be included in the congress book congress registration of the presenting author Mandatory.
  • Proceedings, presenting author must be uploaded to the system by.
  • Paper submission system and congress registration system are two separate modules.
  • The evaluation process is followed through the system with the participant's e-mail and password.
  • Abstract of the paper maximum 350 words should be.
  • Title Writing Rules: The title should be short, descriptive and free of abbreviations. The first letter of each word should be capitalised. “ve” in Turkish titles and “on, of” in English titles should be written in lower case. Turkish characters should not be used in English titles.
  • Number of keywords 3-5 must be between.
  • Summaries Times New Roman, 12 pt., 1.5 line spacing should be written with.
  • Scientific and legal responsibility belongs to the authors.
  • Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection after the referee evaluation.
  • Proceedings double blind refereeing (blind review) process.
  • Author names should be written according to the order in the study. the name of the presenting author is underlined should be.
  • The name of the institution should be specified; details such as faculty, department, city should not be added.
  • A participant may not be more than 2 declaration can send it.
  • Original Research (TR): Introduction and Objective, Method, Results, Conclusion
  • Original Research (EN): Introduction and Aim, Method, Results, Conclusion
  • Case Report (TR): Introduction and Objective, Case(s), Conclusion

  • Review papers should be prepared in plain text.
FEEDBACK
  • Abstracts will be evaluated through the online system and the results will be notified by e-mail.
  • If the accepted papers are not presented, the fee will not be refunded.
ORAL PRESENTATION RULES
  • Oral presentations will be made in Turkish.
  • Presentation duration is a maximum of 5 minutes.
  • Presentations at least 2 hours ago must be loaded into the control room.
POSTER PRESENTATION RULES
  • Poster presentations E-Poster will be presented in this format.
  • You can submit your posters to our congress in accordance with the template Please prepare it as shown.
  • Your prepared posters 21 September 2026 until .in .jpg or .png format Please upload.
  • E-mails will be sent at the times in the programme on digital screens in the conference foyer will be published.
  • Posters on the screens in the foyer in turn will be published.
CONGRESS AWARDS
  • Three oral presentations will be awarded by the scientific committee.
  • Awards will be announced at the end of the congress.

Declaration of Conference Eligibility under the TÜBİTAK 2224-B Programme

The 4th International and 8th National Congress on Basic Nursing Care, It meets the criteria set out in Articles 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the application requirements for the TÜBİTAK 2224-B Programme for Supporting Participation in Domestic Scientific Events.

In this context;

  1. Peer-reviewed event (Article 10):
    Our conference employs a double-blind peer review process. All submitted papers are evaluated by expert referees in their respective fields in accordance with scientific criteria.
  2. Held for at least the third time (Article 11):
    4th International and 8th National Congress on Basic Nursing Care, is an international conference held on a regular basis.
  3. Regulatory Board Comprising Various Institutions (Article 12):
    The conference organising and scientific committee consists of academics from at least three different universities and/or public research institutions and is structured in accordance with the principles of interdisciplinary and institutional diversity.
  4. Up-to-date and Active Website (Article 13):
    Our Conference: All the latest information regarding the conference, including the scientific programme, committees, application procedures and announcements, is available on the official website.

In this regard, we hereby declare that the 4th International and 8th National Congress on Basic Nursing Care meets the relevant criteria specified under the TÜBİTAK 2224-B Programme.
